Tim is a Senior Consultant and co-founder of the PeerPoint Consulting Group Inc. For over twenty-five years he has worked with product development companies specializing in applications software and information technology solutions as well as manufacturing companies specializing in custom electronics, contract assembly, metal stamping and fabrication. A proven business leader with broad international experience, he has led and supported various companies through the rigors of growth during times of economic prosperity and in times of contraction. Tim is responsible for our Power+PLUS initiatives. By building trust with his clients and sharing his expertise, Tim works to quickly identify those issues negatively impacting growth and will bring cooperative solutions to the forefront.

Michelle is a Senior Consultant with PeerPoint Consulting Group. As a seasoned human resource advisor with more than 30 years experience, she has helped senior executives and managers – in both the public and private sectors- achieve practical and sustainable results. Her background in designing and implementing customized HR solutions along with her pragmatic approach contribute to her ongoing success. Michelle’s education and experience in the hospital, manufacturing and financial services industries helps her to quickly understand the needs of the business and provide HR expertise while supporting the strategic, operational and financial goals of your company.

Jan Atkinson

Senior Consultant, People+PLUS

Jan is an intuitive Coach and Human Resources Consultant with over 20 years of experience leveraging business acumen in the private sector. She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), which is a leadership assessment tool used to measure anyone’s current potential leadership ability. Jan is a strong relationship manager, who builds trust through candid, thoughtful communication and influence to gain acceptance and commitment. She is able to visualize opportunities for change and encourages discussions that generate innovative solutions. Jan is especially adept at coaching leaders and teams to identify, discover and focus on business and personal aspects to change from good to great, resulting in increased engagement and productivity.
